delivery & returns
how much is delivery?
£1.99 or free uk standard delivery on all orders over £40. express delivery is £4.99
how long will it take?
we pack orders within 1-2 working days, then uk delivery takes 2-3 working days. personalised pieces take 2 days longer.
do you deliver outside the uk?
yes we ship globally
can i return something?
yes. you have 60 days to change your mind, and returns are free. pieces need to be unworn, with their labels on. personalised pieces can only be returned if they are faulty.
how do i start a return?
get in touch with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will send you a free returns label.
when will i get my refund?
we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us.
